  • COMMUNITY RELATIONS: Development of community events to enhance public image. Consulting in regard to image enhancement.

 

  • CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Training and staff development in etiquette issues including phone etiquette, handling difficult customers, diffusing uncomfortiable situaitons, proper verbal English, proper business writing and web etiquette.

PLA NNING

 

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING is a process best done in a retreat setting where organizations have the time to reflect and set goals for the next 3 to 5 years. This process is best when participatory in nature. As well as formulation of the strategic plan, generally 90-day implementation plans should be formed as well to make sure that all accountabilities are determined. This process can be modified to meet customer needs. SWOTS and Brainstorming and Consensus Sessions are also available.

 

  • ACTION PLANNING for smaller projects and activities that take anywhere from 3 months to a year. Action planning not only builds consensus within the team, as well specific tasks for individuals come to light naturally and ensure that no indivdual “bites off more thanhe can chew.”

 

ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

 

Performance assessments to improve organizational operatons, change management, development of measures to assess key results. Evaluations of programs, operations, grant spending and other operations.

 

CORPORATE AND EXECUTIVE RETREATS

 

One, two or three day retreats are offered on or off site. Workshops and activities are completely tailored to customer needs.
